How to Remove Blank Rows in Excel

Don't delete blank rows one by one — select them all at once with Go To Special, then remove them in a single step.

Step by step

Work on a copy first — deleted rows cannot be recovered once the file has been saved and closed.
In Excel 365, =FILTER(A2:C100, A2:A100<>"") returns the data without blank rows and leaves the original untouched.

Will this delete rows with data in other columns?

Only if the selected columns are all blank in that row — select carefully.

Add a helper column with =COUNTA(A2:D2), filter it for 0, delete the visible rows and then clear the filter.
