Syntaxe

GROWTH(known_ys, [known_xs], [new_xs], [const])

The GROWTH function returns values along an exponential trend. It uses the least squares method to fit an exponential curve to your existing data points.

Arguments

known_ysobligatoireThe set of y-values you already know in the relationship y = b * m^x.
known_xsfacultatifAn optional set of x-values you may already know in the relationship.
new_xsfacultatifNew x-values for which you want to return corresponding y-values.
constfacultatifA logical value specifying whether to force the constant b to equal 1.

Exemples

=GROWTH({10,20,40}, {1,2,3}, {4})

Résultat : 80

Predicts the next value in the doubling sequence.
