Syntax

POWER(number, power)

The POWER function calculates the value of a base number raised to a specified exponent. It is equivalent to using the caret (^) operator in Excel formulas.

Exempel

=POWER(5, 2)

Resultat: 25

Calculates 5 squared.

=POWER(8, 1/3)
