Prova med AIThe Quick Analysis tool appears as a small icon at the bottom-right corner of a selected data range. It allows users to quickly apply conditional formatting, generate charts, calculate totals, create tables, or insert sparklines without navigating through the main ribbon menus.
Select a column of sales figures, click the Quick Analysis icon, and select 'Data Bars' to instantly visualize the values within the cells.
Select a range of cells and press Ctrl + Q on your keyboard, or click the small icon that appears at the bottom-right corner of the selection.
