Multiplies all the numbers given as arguments and returns the product.

The PRODUCT function is used to multiply a series of numbers, cell references, or ranges. It is particularly useful for calculating the product of large datasets where manual multiplication would be inefficient.
=PRODUCT(5, 10)→50Multiplies 5 by 10.
=PRODUCT(A1:A3)→6Multiplies the values in cells A1, A2, and A3 (assuming they contain 1, 2, and 3).
Select the cell
Click on the cell where you want the result to appear.
Enter the formula
Type =PRODUCT( followed by the numbers or cell ranges you want to multiply, then close the parenthesis.
Calculate
Press Enter to display the calculated product.
The PRODUCT function ignores cells that contain text or empty values.
