VAR

Calculates the variance based on a sample of data.

構文

VAR(number1, [number2], …)

The VAR function estimates variance based on a sample of a population. It ignores logical values and text contained in references, focusing only on numeric data points.

引数

number1必須The first number or range of numbers corresponding to a sample of a population.
number2省略可能Additional numbers or ranges up to 254 arguments.

例

=VAR(10, 12, 23, 23, 16, 23, 21, 16)

結果: 28.57143

Calculates the sample variance of the provided set of numbers.
