A specific range of cells designated to be printed instead of the entire worksheet.
Provalo con l'IAThe Print Area is a defined range of cells that Excel will output when you initiate a print command. By setting this area, you prevent unnecessary data or blank cells from appearing on your physical or digital printout. You can clear or modify this range at any time via the Page Layout tab.
If you have a large dataset in columns A through Z, but only need to print the summary table in A1:D10, you set A1:D10 as the Print Area.
Select the cells you want to print, go to the Page Layout tab, click Print Area, and select Set Print Area.
